Spicy and Refreshing Bean Salad

Ingredients
Salad
1 (15 ounces) can black beans, rinse then drain      
1 (15 ounces) can dark red kidney beans drained
1 (15 ounces) can cannellini beans, rinsed then drained
1 (10 ounces) sweet corn
1 medium green bell pepper - chopped
1 medium red bell pepper - chopped
1 medium red onion - chopped

Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 clove garlic - crushed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon black pepper - ground
1 dash hot sauce (Lousiana)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions
1. In a large bowl - combine beans, bell peppers, corn, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl - whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt,
garlic, cilantro, cumin, black pepper, hot sauce and chili powder.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables, mix well. Chill thoroughly and serve cold.
