Brie and Fig Crostini

Brie and Fig Crostini


  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces of brie.
  • 4 ounces of fig preserves
  • candied walnuts (optional)


  1. Slice the French bread into 1/3” – 1/2 “ slices lay on a baking sheet and sprinkle olive oil. 
  2. Place into a preheated oven at 400 degrees – bake 6-10 minutes
  3. Spread the brie on the crostini 
  4. Spoon on the fig preserves 
  5. Top with the candied pecans.
